A Taco Affair
A Taco Affair Mobile our gourmet taco truck based in New Jersey (affiliated with popular brick-and-mortar locations in Little Falls, Denville, and Westfield). Chef and owner Jessica Phillips launched the truck in 2021 to bring the brand’s global, chef-driven approach to street food.
What to Expect:
Gourmet & Globetrotting Tacos: The menu pairs traditional Mexican taco formats with creative international flavors. Highlights include Steakhouse Tacos (marinated steak, potatoes, truffle aioli, blue cheese), Korean BBQ Pork, Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Tofu Banh Mi, and Po' Boy Tacos with popcorn shrimp.
Fun Sides & Extras: Beyond tacos, they offer unique sides such as Truffled Yuca Fries, Tatchos (tater tot nachos loaded with ground beef, cheese sauce, chipotle aioli, and guac), and freshly made churros served with warm dipping sauces.
Event Catering: The truck frequently operates around North/Central New Jersey for public food truck festivals and private event rentals (weddings, parties, corporate events).

Although Milo’s typically focuses on its American classics, With restaurant professionals on staff, custom tailored menus are also available. From plated dinners to cocktail parties, we are your one stop shop for your party needs.
